Work Experience Week @ ZAP

We’ve had Gordon from Chester Catholic High at the studio this week on work experience. Gordon comes from Frodsham and is a graff enthusiast, however had’nt got to it yet.

Gordon said: “I was so stoked to get tips and hints from graffiti artist BETA, who helped me on my first piece. , who was in working on a project, and am happy with it for a first attempt. Over the week I did a piece, as well as lots of sketching one of which will be entered into this months Blackbook Competition, out flyering the many local businesses,  finally I also used canvas, spray paint and markers to make a new sign advertising the shop. I helped look after the shop; using the till and stocking/ordering paints.”

We have enjoyed Gordon’s company and he’s made a great contribuion over the last week.. and we’ll be working together again soon! Well done!

Also we’ve had SOMA in the studio, painting this funky forest:
