ZAP GRAFFITI ARTS AND MOLOTOW PRESENTS

Taking place at the UK’s largest free urban youth event, THE HUB FESTIVAL in Liverpool,  COMBAT CALLIGRAPHY is a jam organised by ZAP GRAFFITI ARTS  and brings folks to rok some graffiti on  massive scale with a host of international, national and local writers.. 29th and 30th of May 2010.. Entry free..

Spaces are taken for all the artists spots.

QUICK WORKSHOP STEEZ WITH KIDS FROM CARDINAL HEENAN LIVERPOOL at the ZAP GRAFFITI ARTS studios, where kids from schools, youth and community groups can come and learn about the global culture of graffiti as an art form and create their own works.

Community repaint gets a little make over..

A swap of services is often nice.. and Beta did a couple of door panels for COMMUNITY REPAINT WIRRAL ..in return a stack of paint today to keep to the guys going on some projects.

UPDATE: Responding to literature: St Helens.

Our project continues at Chester Lane Library in St Helens.

Young people from the across the neighbourhood, regular users of the library service are now creating their own mini magazine as part of our mixed media project ” RESPONDING TO LITERATURE”

Here are some of the guys are work this evening, creating their own article for the publication which will be launched on the evening of MAY 27TH @ 4.30 , alongside the rest of their work..as part of this extensive and exciting project.
