UPDATE: RESPONDING TO LITERATURE: ST HELENS.

Youngsters from St Helens have been working in Chester Lane Library on an exciting project with FACT’s FREEHAND initiative and ZAP GRAFFITI ARTS to create artworks in mixed media based on existing  written publications and creating their own story.

Each Monday and Tuesday, the groups meet and have so far looked at their favourite books, creating a scene from each of these to tell the essesence of a part of the book, and then illustrate it… The group have then collated each of these into a brand new short story.. UNVEILED  THIS EVENING!
